INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup oats
2 tbsp raisins
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup milk
1 banana
1/2 tsp baking powder
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/mark 4.
- Soak the oats and raisins in a bowl with the milks for 10-15 minutes.
- Set aside a few slices of the banana and mash the rest.
- Combine the soaked oats mixture with the banana and baking powder and transfer to a small oven-proof dish, then bake for 15-20 minutes, until crispy and light golden brown.
